1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using VisionForge - AI Image Editor ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

VisionForge is an AI-powered image generation and editing application that allows users to:

  • Generate original images using AI technology based on text prompts
  • Edit and enhance existing images with AI tools
  • Use reference images to guide AI image generation
  • Save and manage created images in personal galleries
  • Subscribe to access premium monthly generation credits

3. Device Identity

  • The App does not require account sign-in
  • A device identifier is used to connect subscription credits with ios-pay-service
  • You are responsible for maintaining access to your Apple ID and App Store subscription
  • We reserve the right to limit service access for misuse or abuse

4. Credits and Payments

  • The App uses a credit-based system for AI image generation
  • The monthly subscription provides 1,000 credits for image generation and editing
  • Subscriptions are purchased through in-app purchases via Apple's App Store
  • All purchases and renewals are processed by Apple and subject to Apple's terms
  • Subscription credits reset each monthly billing period

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the App to:

  • Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Create images that violate intellectual property rights
  • Generate content that depicts violence, hatred, or discrimination
  • Create inappropriate content involving minors
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App

6. Intellectual Property

  • Images you generate using the App are yours to use
  • The App's source code, design, and AI models remain our property
  • You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works of the App
  • Respect third-party intellectual property when using reference images
  • We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you

7. Privacy and Data

  • Your privacy is important to us - see our Privacy Policy for details
  • We collect minimal data necessary for App functionality
  • Generated images are stored locally on your device after download
  • We do not share your personal data with third parties for marketing
  • You can request deletion of your data by contacting support

8. Disclaimers and Limitations

  • The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • AI-generated content may not always meet your expectations
  • We are not responsible for how you use generated images
  • Service availability is not guaranteed and may be interrupted
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for credits

9. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these terms from time to time
  • Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of new terms
  • Significant changes will be communicated through the App
  • You can always find the latest version in the App settings

10. Termination

  • You may stop using the App at any time
  • We may terminate your access for violations of these terms
  • Upon termination, these terms remain in effect for past activities
  • Unused credits may be forfeited upon account termination

These terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes will be resolved through appropriate legal channels in accordance with local jurisdiction requirements.
